Privacy Policy
Last Updated: 20 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how YanTech handles the personal data you share with us through this website, taking into account the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Who We Are and the Data Controller
YanTech Establishment, Unified National Number 7055419860, is the controller of personal data collected through this website. For privacy-related inquiries, please contact info@yantech.sa.
Scope of This Policy
This Policy applies to YanTech's corporate website and its contact form for service requests and inquiries. The website currently does not offer customer accounts, subscriptions, or paid products. Separate privacy notices may apply to services we introduce in the future.
Personal Data We Collect
When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email address, area of interest, and a brief description of your needs, as well as your organization name and contact number if you choose to provide them. The website's technical infrastructure also processes technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to operate and protect the website. We do not request sensitive personal data and ask that you do not include it in your message.
Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing
We use your data to respond to your request, discuss your needs, prepare a proposal when requested, follow up on related correspondence, and comply with legal obligations. We process this data based on your request and the consent you provide when submitting the form, or where required by law. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing campaigns without your consent.
How Your Request Is Delivered
Your request is sent through Resend to our Zoho Mail inbox. The website does not maintain a separate database of contact requests; messages remain in our email inbox in accordance with the retention period described below. Service providers may process or temporarily retain messages while delivering them.
Who Can Access Your Data and Who We Share It With
Only the owner of YanTech has access to submitted requests. To deliver requests and operate the website, we rely on service providers that process data on our behalf: Resend for sending requests, Zoho Mail for receiving emails, and Vercel for hosting the website. We do not disclose personal data to other parties except to competent authorities where required or permitted by law.
Processing Locations and Transfers Outside Saudi Arabia
The service providers listed above process data on servers located outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including servers in the United States, where our email is stored by Zoho Mail. Transfers of personal data outside the Kingdom are subject to the conditions and safeguards established under the PDPL and the Regulation on Personal Data Transfer Outside the Kingdom.
Analytics, Security, and Cookies
We use Vercel Web Analytics to measure aggregate website traffic. It does not use cookies, identify you personally, or transmit contact form content. To protect the form from automated submissions, we use Vercel BotID to verify that a request originates from a genuine browser. The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Essential cookies may be used where necessary for site operation and security.
Data Retention and Deletion
We retain correspondence relating to your request for as long as necessary to follow up on it or meet legal or contractual requirements. We delete it when it is no longer needed, and you may request its deletion at any time. Technical logs held by our hosting provider are retained for limited periods according to its settings. Deletion of backup copies held by providers may take additional time.
Your Rights
Under the PDPL, subject to applicable legal exceptions, you have the right to be informed of the purposes and legal bases for processing your personal data; to access your data and obtain a copy; to request its correction, completion, or updating; to request its destruction when the applicable conditions are met; and to withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. Contact us at info@yantech.sa. We will handle your request following appropriate identity verification and within the legally prescribed timeframes. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent authority in accordance with the applicable procedures.
Information Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to reduce the risks of unauthorized access to, loss of, disclosure of, or alteration of personal data. However, no electronic system can guarantee absolute security.
Updates to This Policy
We may update this Policy when our services, data-handling practices, or legal requirements change. We will publish the latest update date at the top of this page and provide notice or request consent where required by law.
